Modular home on a half acre nice and quiet no bugs in the country but yet close to town. Self check in . Convenience store 1/2.of a mile . No pets. No smoking. Weber grill, picnic table, Keurig K cup, KitchenAid, mixer, toaster, crockpot, 75 inch TV in the living room couch and loveseat both have recliners at each end. 32 inch TV in both bedrooms. Two person kayak with two sets of ores, shark hunting tools.Also an ironing board and iron. Ask for special pricing on monthly rate. Free parking.

(Please note, we do NOT have a TV, but we do offer Wifi.) Relax around the fire pit in the screened-in porch. Watch cows graze beneath the oak and sweet-gum trees. Smell magnolia blossoms in the evening air. Listen to the call of whippoorwills and the howl of far-off coyotes at night. Enjoy the morning sunrise over the pastureland.

The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!
