Our home is not suitable for pets or emotional support animals. ESA animals are not considered service animals by AirBnb or the State of Oregon. Please respect this rule.

Please note we invite families and very small groups to stay with us while respecting all Bend guidelines and neighborly behavior. We have a very strict no party or event policy as we strive to be respectful to our year-round neighbors on both sides of the house. No guests or visitors beyond those who are registered and all quiet by 10pm. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property
