Luxurious interiors, designed with keen attention to detail will ensure a truly memorable stay. Our recently renovated cottage includes a fully fitted kitchen & double bedroom situated at the top of a bespoke spiral stairs (sleeps 2 adults with room for cot/small mattress). The comfy sitting room features a kingsize sofa bed & log burner. We’re in central Norfolk on the grounds of a listed Manor House, ideal for a charming getaway surrounded by nature or a comfortable rest whilst working nearby.

A warm and welcoming place to stay for visitors to Norfolk/Suffolk. Quick access from the A11 (2 mins). Snetterton Race Circuit is only 4 miles away. Private access with ample parking behind secured gates means it's easy to come and go as you please. We're also happy to offer parking for trailers upon request.

The Picture House, Hingham, Norfolk

The Picture House - because of the huge 75” smart HDTV, library of DVDs and collection of original film posters on the walls! It has been beautifully renovated into a luxurious accommodation, comprising of a cosy bedroom with super king size bed with a door leading out to a private garden. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower, loo and basin. The wow factor is the huge open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with island and a full sized pool table, woodburner and large comfy sofas.

We’re dog-friendly, so bring your furry friend along. Enjoy full access to our heated above-ground pool in the summer and sunset hot tub. The lodge offers Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more for your entertainment. The owners live on-site and are happy to assist if needed. The Granary offers comfort and peacefulness in a country setting just 4 miles from Wymondham and 11 miles from Norwich. Train and bus connections just 2 miles away in Attleborough. The Granary is a cosy retreat within the grounds of our Mill House. Contemporary kitchen facilities: mini oven, microwave. Heating; electric radiators and underfloor heating in bathroom. Entry is via our property with off street parking. Sorry no pets and not suitable for small children. Max occupancy 2 people.

Country annex with stunning views and hot tub

Detached high quality rural accommodation surrounded with stunning field views for 2-4 guests. The Bolt hole is situated on a quite lane in the small Norfolk village of Scoulton. This country side setting is only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to the picturesque city of Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Norfolk Coast line. An open plane spacious lounge and kitchen with a shower room with walk in shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, en-suite and closet.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
