We are located in the peaceful countryside, 5 minutes from Cruden Bay village and its beach & renowned golf course, 10 minutes from Peterhead, 15 minutes from Ellon and 40 minutes from Aberdeen.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese and an excellent Morrisons Daily shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Situated in a quiet corner the of the estate next to the Walled Garden it is an ideal place to hideaway for some peace and quiet and to enjoy the lovely walks around the estate. It is a stones throw from Garden Cottage, our other property which can also be booked if you want to bring company on holiday but have your own space too.
