This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Plenty of Wineries and Breweries within 10 miles. We are located on the “Flats,” when the tide goes out it leaves pools of water for many birds fish. We are not able to host service dogs, our dog is not dog friendly. We are smoke free.

You want to bring all your necessities when coming in because the closest grocery store is about 30 mins away. We offer kayaks to be used and a vast variety of fishing equipment. **NO POOL HEATING FEES!** Our house is a coastal home with a spectacular enclosed in-ground pool, situated beach front directly on the Delaware Bay with unobstructed water views. Private access to the beach is down a short set of steps from the house. The fully enclosed heated Viking in-ground pool with retractable roof has a water slide and allows use of pool year round. From kitchen to beach toys, the house is well equipped to make your stay as relaxing as possible!
