This is a very affordable home located in Del City, Oklahoma. It is 1.7 miles to Tinker Airforce base and 6 miles to Downtown OKC. It is not in the most desirable neighborhood (more unsightly than unsafe). There are a few unkept houses on the block, although the area is slowly improving. It is located within walking distance to the police/fire stations and a cute downtown area. The home was recently updated to include a 2-camera alarm system, WiFi, etc. It is priced accordingly for the area.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Be downtown in 10 mins, VA and OU children's medical hospital is 6 mins away. Visit the zoo, make a trip to Remington, science center, art district, see a play at the civic center, watch a concert at the paycom center, visit bricktown and take a canal ride. Studio Apt in Midtown District OKC

Located in Midtown, the area that connects the hustle and bustle of downtown with the stately historic neighborhoods to north. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to Paycom Center (for Thunder games or concerts), and a short distance to the Boat District or the Oklahoma Memorial. Vintage building "1930" it has creaks and groans and at times you hear your upstairs neighbor and smell cooking smells from other apartments. Ozone cleaner used between guest, sometimes leaves a disinfectant odor.

Come home to a calm atmosphere with a lighted ivy patio to relax next to the chiminea, listening to the crickets in the garden and the frogs near the pond until the haunting sound of TAPS plays at 10pm. 2 car garage, Full washer and dryer, Wifi and printer. New mattresses and pillows for 2 queen beds and a twin trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom. All with plenty of closet space! Pet friendly with large fenced yard and natural cat tree. No children under 9 years old.
