Bonalbo B&B "Manning Cottage"

Manning cottage was once a school house, but now welcomes visitors to its rooms. Set in a tranquil environment surrounded by birdlife and rolling hills, the cottage is beautifully decorated for practicality and comfort. A well stocked breakfast basket with locally sourced produce is included. The Upper Clarence district offers a choice of outdoor activities including canoeing, fishing, bird-watching, bushwalking, 4wdriving as well as the local show, campdraft, and dog trials are held annually.

Mimosa Cottage

Mimosa Cottage was constructed in the 1920's as a residence and has had a number of interesting occupants since then including a doctors surgery and an art gallery/coffee shop. This year the cottage was renovated to create a comfy place to stay while you are visiting Glen Innes. The cottage is located centrally to the Glen Innes CBD, within short walking distance to the main street cafes, clubs, pubs and shops. There is off street parking and a large sunny back yard. No smoking throughout.

Warranfels Homestead

Warranfels Homestead is far enough out of Tenterfield to be peaceful and quiet, but is a convenient 10 minute drive away, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. The house was built in 1910 and has been lovingly restored to it’s former glory. It is a grand house with country charm and plenty of room for the whole family. It is situated on 10 acres in the centre of an operating farm. There is 1km of dirt road after you turn off the main road. A 4wd is recommended in wet weather.

Mill Cottage

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. The cottage is situated on a 42 acre farm, close enough to town that you can pop in easily to enjoy cafes, festivals and a bit of shopping - but far enough away that you will feel you really have escaped to the country.

A tastefully restored cottage (circa 1890) with 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite, large veranda, parlor and fully self-catering large timber kitchen, set in a private garden situated on a sheep and cattle property. Situated on a working sheep and cattle property, the cottage due to the topography has limited phone coverage and if you are with Telstra, there is no coverage and there is no Wi-Fi.

Please be mindful before you book that if it rains road will be closed and 4wd will be needed to gain access if conditions allow via different directions. There are a plethora of bushwalks & waterfalls to discover or just sit back & be entertained by the wildlife on our property.
