The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Στο εξωτερικό της βρίσκεται μία πανέμορφη ξύλινη σάουνα, μπάρμπεκιου, και αίθριο με τη ξεχωριστή θέα στο δάσος. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια, παρέες και για όλους τους λάτρεις της φύσης.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε υπέροχη θέα, παραλία, εστιατόρια και χώροι εστίασης και τέχνη και πολιτισμός. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.
