Walk, bike, or drive an easy 16 blocks to downtown Sanford past historic, renovated residences. Enjoy sightseeing along Lake Monroe, eclectic shopping, and dining and relaxing at the many restaurants, pubs, and microbreweries.

It is super clean! No shared space and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. This is the perfect, romantic tropical oasis!

Enjoy the comforts of a clean, newly renovated in-law suite (attached to our home), only 3 miles ‘til your toes are in the sand! We are only 1.5 miles from historic Canal Street & Riverside Park, and 2 miles to Flagler Ave. The city golf course is 1/2 mile away. No pets. No emotional support animals. If you have a legitimate service animal please let me know when you make your request to book, NOT when you arrive. If you’re booking multiple nights over a holiday I will adjust the pricing.

We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

Fly in with your personal airplane to our private airport or cruise the Saint John’s river and tie up to our dock or hop in your car in and enjoy 130 acres of pristine Florida living ! We have a $20 maintenance fee for use of a golf cart to enjoy trails, head to the water to fish or visit our Scottish Highland cows and their babies! Go kayaking, fishing or canoeing on the St. John’s River or just enjoy the Florida sunshine!
