Calm and fresh, this newly renovated seaside themed house has been tastefully fitted out to provide a lush backdrop to your coastal break. It includes most items you expect in a home so no need to pack the iron. A real home from home. Although, this house boasts a great location. Just one minute stroll from the stunning sea front views with two miles of golden sand beach to unwind upon. There's also two private parking places to further alleviate stress. (Which is a real bonus in Exmouth.)

The Thatched Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Thatched Cottage is in a quiet location just 7-10 minutes walk from Exmouth beach. We have two double bedrooms upstairs each with en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs there is another double bedroom with a shower and adjacent toilet. A cosy living area with a smart TV that leads through to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bifold doors lead onto a lovely patio area with further outdoor seating. Car parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Sylvan Cottage is a large detached 4 bedroom house within close proximity of Teignmouth town and within a 10 minute walk of Teignmouth beach. The property would make a great stay for families or mature couples/groups. The house is situated within a 30 minute drive of Exeter, Torquay or Dartmoor.
