Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

'The Barn' - Spacious barn in pretty canal village
Enjoy the lovely setting of this edge of village location, very close to the Grand Union Canal in the picturesque village of Braunston. Come and see what makes this part of Northamptonshire so special! Fabulous country dog walks along the canal towpath from the end of the drive. Just a short walk from several village and canalside pub restaurants. The village has a general store and post office, and an award winning butchers. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

The Blue Barn
A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

The Stable House, Aldaniti - beautiful conversion
The Stable Studios are the recently renovated wooden stables of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. There are three studios; each studio has a spacious double bedroom with ensuite walk-in shower room, a separate living room with kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave and fridge and sliding doors out onto your own patio with wonderful open views over the local countryside and access to over 20 acres of parkland, paddocks and woodland

The Bungalow at Woodcote
The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix, Disney & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops, and a short Uber or bus ride into the town centre. Please note ID may be asked for during check-in.

Barby is a rural village just 5 minutes from Rugby, 25 minutes from Leamington Spa and with good access to the M1, M6 and A14. Pear Tree Cottage is a separate annex set across a courtyard from our family home. Both properties benefit from being setback from the road and surrounded by well-kept gardens and mature trees offering peace and privacy.

At end of a private road and only 3 miles from Northampton Town centre. Close to village pubs, lots of lovely walks from our door, parks and country park reservoir.
