You can only notice us living at the rear property occasionally while we use the driveway. We will give you the most privacy but one minute away for help when you need us. This fully self contained granny flat is set on acreage. 10 minutes from Ipswich, Close to Rail. 15 minutes to Willowbank and Queensland Raceway. 30 minutes from Hiddenvale MTB. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba all around 1 hour drive. There is ample parking down the side of the property for large vehicles and trailers. Our family home is located adjacent to the granny flat. We are available whenever required. Within reason. The space is yours to enjoy along with our swimming pool.

We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.

A five-minute stroll will get you into town to find cafes and shops and then you can return to the peace and quiet of the bird filled backyard. The pool area can be used in summer and the deck is warm on winter mornings. We live in the adjacent house and are happy to help with whatever you need.

Set on an acreage on the edge of Warwick with bushland setting. Single carport with plenty of space in our yard for a caravan, trailer or truck. Unfenced, so no pets, sorry. Light breakfast included. We can cater for two, having a queen bed.
