The space is BIG, bright, clean and spacious! We really enjoy hosting so we love to provide as much extra as possible. Private key code entrance so no need to keep up with keys! Better than a hotel room! The house is kept very clean. Sheets are 100% cotton and super cozy! Lots of extra pillows and throw blankets so you can be super cozy. Beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, beach bag are all available for you to use! We provide a coffee bar, water and will always have a little snack for you!

Since our guests are coming from out of town we do provide some beach items including two beach chairs and two boogie boards as well as a few beach toys!! The 520 sq ft studio is luxurious and well-appointed with a laid-back feel. The apartment features a private ground-floor entrance, free parking, and a large covered porch. Just like the name implies, you can relax and recharge in my Green Room.

1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance on golf course. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We are 550 yards from beach so you can walk to beach or use free parking at beach accesses close by. You do have to cross the main highway so with summer traffic it is a little harder but some people still choose to walk. Close to Wright Brothers National Park. During the summer we do require a 3 night minimum.
