Dit appartement is op de 1e etage en heeft een groot balkon met een mooi uitzicht op blauwe zee. Het strand is op loopafstand. De indeling is perfect om alleen, met z'n tweeën of als gezin een gezellige tijd te hebben. De ligging is zeer centraal op het eiland en dichtbij Mambo Beach. Ook punda, restaurants en de supermarkt zijn dichtbij. Er is een 360 graden uitzicht met volop wind. Je hebt voldoende privacy en het is veilig verblijven. Het ligt tussen het centrum van Willemstad en de mooie natuur en stranden van Westpunt in. Ideaal! De ingang van Blue Bay is zo'n 2 minuten rijden (800 meter) en Kokomo bevindt zich op 6 minuten rijden. Binnen 4 minuten rijden ben je bij een grote supermarkt. De bekende Pondjesbrug is 12 minuten rijden. Het ziekenhuis is 10 minuten rijden.
