This house was built by my grandfather and sits on our family farm tucked away in a walnut orchard. Enjoy the peace and quiet of our private road, the wind blowing through the trees and sweeping views of the nearby foothills. The cottage is surrounded by dirt at the moment, but we have plans for some beautiful landscaping in the near future. The cottage is 1/2 mile off Highway 99 and just a few miles from Atwater’s plentiful shopping and restaurants.
