Place is lake front! Only minutes from Denton’s art, culture and phenomenal music scene. Great sunrises, use of kayaks are included. Inside is a full sized comfy bed, full bathroom and a limited kitchen. It’s a quirky neighborhood on a private dirt road. It may look a little rustic on your way in but don’t worry it is worth it. There may be a couple of friendly dogs and all the neighbors know each other (they are all my family or my tenants). I live next door if you need anything.

This home is nestled inside of quiet family friendly community walking distance to parks, dining, and a 20 minute drive from the Universal Studios Resort in Frisco, TX. After entering you encounter an open floor plan home kitchen, dining and living room ares. The kitchen is well appointed with brand new appliances and all of the necessary accoutrements to prepare a meal during your stay. The home comes equipped with reliable wifi and everything that you need to sleep in comfort.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
