It is a newly built maisonette of 64m2 located in the best area of Platanias since it is 1min walking from the central beach of Platanias and 300m walking from the main square of the village. On the1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with open wardrobes. On the ground floor there are equiped kitchen, cosy living room and spacious bathroom. A ground balcony extends the living room and a shared swimming pool fulfills the image of the maisonette.

Krokos Crete

Krokos Crete is an old ottoman house in the hearth of the old town of Rethymno. This is an historical building protected by the archeologia of Rethymno so all the restoration have been very respectful of the place, trying to keep the soul of the house. The staircase, the wooden floor, the kioski, the stone sink and fornitures are made by hand by local artisans and by using the traditional material of the island.
