This is an area with only a few houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic views of the island. Apartman Medena 2 nalazi se u gradu Cresu u predjelu Melin II u prizemlju privatne kuće. Udaljenost od centra i od plaže iznosi 250 m. Smještaj uključuje ograđeno dvorište s vrtom i besplatnim parkingom te prostorom za sunčanje i roštiljanje. Jedinica uključuje sobu sa televizijom i klima uređajem, 2 odvojene kupaonice i kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, mikrovalnom pećnicom, kuhalom za vodu i ostalim kuhinjskim priborom. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan WiFi. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli.

This cozy tiny house is situated directly in the heart of the old town of Baška. Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .

Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. The apartment has a balcony with a sea view. Is located on the second floor of the house by the sea. Distance from the town center and shops is 100 meters. The apartment near the restaurant "Koralj". If you have a boat, the owners in front of the house have their own mooring. The location is ideal for families with children because the whole village offers beautiful natural beach. The apartment is away from the beach 20 meters.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
