Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!

The Loft, updated 1/2025 is a unique space located 1.4 miles from the W.E.C., 3 miles from Lake Cowan, to name a few, there is plenty to see and do within minutes of our location. Relax on your private deck or stay in and watch a movie on the 55" 4k smart TV. Enjoy a serene country setting with tremendous views from every window. A great place to get away from it all. Country Relaxation

We offer a small country suite. 1 bedrooms 1 bath with full kitchen and sitting area. The entrance to the rental is the walkway to left of the garage. Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable space for you to enjoy. Guests are invited to relax on outdoor furniture. We request that guests do not enter exterior buildings unattended,if children are in your group they are your responsibility at all times.
