Welcome to “SeaBreeze” – your relaxing home from home experience in Portstewart on the wonderful North Coast of Northern Ireland. We are located in a quiet street with green space which is safe for children. We are located within a few minutes’ drive of Portstewarts’ renowned promenade with its’ famous ice-cream, coffee shops and restaurants. We are also just under a mile from Portstewart’s famous blue flag beach where you can visit Harry’s Shack and enjoy your meal right on the beach.

The ⁠Fireside Library

Nestled in the serene countryside of County Donegal, our cozy retreat offers a unique blend of history, nature and comfort. Inch Island is known for its stunning, peaceful nature and renowned bird watching. Our property dates back to the 1600s when it operated as a farm. Our basement library is a book lover’s dream, featuring an extensive collection of books both old and new. There are also board games and large collection of DVD´S with a TV in the bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

This prime position makes us extremely close to both of the blue flag beaches, exceptional restaurants & pubs, the train station and of course Royal Portrush Golf Club. This home really need to be seen to be appreciated in its full entirety. Enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace and watch the sun set over the Whiterocks, take romantic walks along the beach or head into Portrush (1 mile away) for a night to remember. Once you stay one or two nights you will want to come back again.

Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
