Holiday park in Crimdon Dene

Newly refurbished static caravan with an unobstructed sea view to die for. There isn’t a better place to watch the sun rise on a Summers morning. Access to all of Parkdean Resorts facilities including restaurant, clubhouse, and swimming pool by purchasing a pass from reception. Sleeps 6 people: 1 double, 2 singles, 1 pullout bed in the living room. Dog friendly, but no smoking allowed. TV in living room and double bedroom. Kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine. Comprising the entire first floor of this townhouse the Seaglass Suite boasts a sitting room with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities and a King size luxury bedroom with en suite shower room. Guests will enjoy sole occupancy of the property which provides dedicated parking for one car. Located a few minutes walk from the famous Glass Beach and a short walk to the Marina, local eateries and shopping.

The building was an old library now converted into flats. The flat is on the ground floor with own entrance, private yard and parking. A home from home, fully furnished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. It is in a prime location, 10mins from the city center, 5mins walk from the scenic coastline. Close transport links to the A19 and A1. There are local shops a few doors down, including Asda, Lidl, bars, restaurants and several takeaways close by.
