This two-bed, one-bath contemporary apartment is named El Nido (Spanish for "the nest"), because of the abundant wildlife in the area, including resident bald eagles nested across the street in a designated wetlands. The space is fully furnished and is new construction as of the summer of 2024. The owners have a workshop and office space on the first floor, with occasional day use.

The Jolly Rancher-Sundance Kid Yurt

This is a 30 foot in diameter yurt made by Colorado Yurt Company. We have gone, Solar! Daytime electricity is now generated by new solar panels mounted on our cabins. Full bathroom with shower, living area, TV, internet, and kitchen with dining table. This yurt sleeps five people, one queen bed, one couch, one twin. All rooms are separated by walls, however, no doors.

Oso Verde Ranch, a Natural Paradise

The beautiful Oso Verde Ranch, a natural oasis, is located close to Mesa Verde. This eco-friendly gem sits on 40 acres, just a mile from Downtown Mancos, on the Mancos River, with a little 3 hole chipping range golf course and a beautiful pond.
