E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. We have a lovely outside covered decking area completely fenced and gated. Your space is private and we are only over the hedge if you need anything. We are 5mins (car) and 30min (walking) from Cobh Town centre so car recommended.
