Lys og hyggelig lejlighed i hjertet af København

Tæt på alt! I et lille stræde i centrum af København ligger vores charmerende lejlighed fra 1800. Latinerkvarteret. 5 min. gang til Nørreport Station og Botanisk have. Du er omgivet af hyggelige butikker, barer og restauranter. Ørsted Parken med café, grønne plæner, sø og blomster er et stenkast væk. Lejligheden har to soveværelser og et køkken-alrum. Her er fuldt udstyret køkken med vaskemaskine, toilet og brusebad. Oprindeligt var det to små lejligheder der nu er slået sammen. Glæd dig :-)

Update: In 2025, we renovated our apartment, opening the space by removing a wall between a bedroom and the living room. The result is a brighter, more spacious home for two guests. (+ baby 0–2 years.) The apartment is bathed in natural light and styled with a blend of Danish design, wooden floors, and distinctive artwork—creating an inviting atmosphere. Ideally located, you’ll be close to Copenhagen’s best restaurants, cafés, and cultural highlights—the perfect base for a memorable stay.

Sunny penthouse in quiet yard close to CPH station

Our apartment is located at the heart of Copenhagen in the beautiful and popular neighborhood Vesterbro – close to Tivoli, the best restaurants, and some of the most charming shopping streets, you can find. One of these streets is called Værnedamsvej or "mini-Paris" due to its french vibe, and it has been named 'one of the coolest streets in the world' multiple times. This lovely street, the central station and the beautiful lakes are only 5 minutes away on foot. As easy as it gets :)

Luxurious, Nordic and beautiful apartment

Located on Frederiksberg C, right next to the lakes, you are close to everything Copenhagen has to offer. 5 min walk to Vesterbro, 5 min walk to Nørrebro and 10 min walk to Strøget (the main shopping street). On top, you have Forum Metro 6 min away and the main central station 10 min away walking distance. The building was fully renovated in May 2017 with only luxurious apartments. My home has everything and a little bit more to offer whether you are here for business or pleasure.

Lejligheden ligger i gåafstand til Nørreport station, Metro, Strøget og Torvehallerne. Lejligheden er fuldt møbleret, med bl.a håndklæder og dyner. Der er en dobbelt seng (160 cm). Der er kombineret vaskemaskine /tørretumbler og en opvaskemaskine i lejligheden. Der er internet og 2 Chromecast Tv (ingen kanaler). Derudover er der 2 campingcykler til rådighed.

City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, BUT ONLY IF YOU LOVE EACH OTHER – the 120 cm wide futon is now equipped with top mattress so guests no longer get back-aches. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende smukke, istandsatte bolig - et rækkehus i det legendariske område, Kartoffelrækkerne fra ca 1880: en landsby midt i København. Huset har 4 etager (+ hems) med to sove-værelser (hver med dobbeltseng) med tilhørende badeværelse. Desuden mulighed for 4 sovepladser på hems og i stue. Der er forhave og baghave: i alt en unik bolig som fantastisk basis for skøn oplevelse af København.

You have your own bathroom, -kitchen, -dining room with bed and relax chair and all space on your own. There is a locked private room. This modern apartment is located close by City center and has a fantastic view of the Copenhagen Lakes and you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.

This huge, beautiful, and comfortable, 160 m2 roof apartment is located in the heart of Copenhagen in a beautiful building from 1865, with one of the city’s largest green oases "Ørstedsparken" as the nearest neighbor. The location of this apartment makes you within walking distance of all of Copenhagen's top attractions and historic parts of the City. This includes Tivoli, the National Museum, The Round Tower, Rosenborg Castle, and a whole lot more.
