We enjoy staying there so much that we decided to rent out the current older mobile as an opportunity to stay lakefront 600ft from the sand until construction begins for a fraction of what the price will be after we build. Please keep in mind that this is an older mobile as the price reflects so don’t expect a newly remodeled home.

The property is protected to the south with an old growth forest and directly in front of the house is Shelter Cove, providing shelter from coastal winds and where the Orcas like to hang out. Looking for the classic Oregon coast experience, this is it!

To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special. Ten minutes from the Dunes - try Atvs, sandboarding, hiking; 15 mins drive to the beach and state parks, Whiskey Run trails. Walking distance to restaurants.Fenced yard that is large enough for trailers, small boats& atvs. Pets welcome with an extra 70/stay cleaning fee. If pet excrement is noted in yard or inside the house, a 150 violation fee applies for biohazard cleaning.

Private stairs lead to a beautiful semi-private beach which faces Northwest, resulting in less wind. We are close to several Oregon State Parks. Golf is nearby HOUSEKEEPING IS NOT PROVIDED, you are asked to wash linens, dishes and clean the unit so it is ready for the next guest. No smoking or pets please.
