This has been exclusively my home for the past 7 years. It still is my home but I recently remolded a private wing for guests and after being in hibernation for a few years, it is back on the market for visitors with a private entrance & completely private quarters. This unit is by far the nicest in the building, one of the nicest in all of Denver. The skyscraper views overlooking Rocky Mountain National Park, the 16 head steam shower, the smart toilet combine to give you Unmatched luxury.

An 1886 Victorian brick mansion, updated with modern convenience and style. This unit spans two floors with a master suite upstairs, bath with jetted tub & skylighted shower. There's a second bedroom on the main level with full bath (also w/ jetted tub) just outside the bedroom. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress. The TV has a Netflix subscription & other channels through a Roku. Wireless is screaming fast. There is a private deck through french doors with a skyline view.

Come to this large 1928 converted storefront for a fun, unique stay in a great central location. This charming apartment has an open floor plan and all the usual amenities plus a few surprises that harken back to some of its past reincarnations. Holdovers include a letter press, a life-sized carousel horse, a metal peacock sculpture, and a golden mirror (that is 8 feet tall and 4-1/2 feet wide). A quirky mix of industrial and glam elements create a moody welcoming environment.

This unique apartment has the perfect blend of historic character & modern design. With 13ft ceilings, exposed brick & ductwork, tons of plants, disco balls, modern furniture, natural light, & concrete flooring you can experience urban living in the heart of Denver's Historical Capitol Hill. This is our full-time home, and while we won’t be there during your stay, please know it’s a lived-in space — not a hotel. You’ll find personal touches and signs of real life throughout.
