Rustig en bijzonder appartement voor weekendje weg in het bruisende centrum van Rotterdam, tijdelijk werk of symposium bezoek, voor 2 personen en 10 min lopen van Centraal station, dichtbij museum kwartier en uitgaansleven, de Doelen en de Schouwburg. Het appartement heeft een 2 persoons-slaapkamer met aangrenzende badkamer en een volledig uitgeruste woonkeuken met uitgang naar de mooie tuin. De slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden 90 breed. Aan de straat kant is een eigen ingang.

The bright apartment is about 55m2 and is situated on the first floor of an old town house in Rotterdam West. From a big balcony towards east you can enjoy the view to the garden, a green and calm oasis within the city. The sleeping room is in open connection to the living room and has a double bed. The kitchen is simple but functional, the bathroom has a shower. Bars and shops are situated around the corner. If you want to walk to the center it will take you about 10 minutes.

Stylish, modern apartment in the heart of Rotterdam, at a 5 minutes walk from the Central Station. The apartment is located on the fourteenth floor and has amazing city views. Renovated to a high standard with quality design furniture. The apartment is right in the city center, yet it is nice and quiet. You will have acces to the gym in the building. The apartment is perfect for a long term stay. Depending on availability, garage parking can be booked at an additional cost.

If you want to visit IFFR Filmfestival, Art Rotterdam or other festivals events, this is a central place to stay!
