The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

Located in the privacy fenced backyard of a 1920s historic downtown home, our freshly renovated tiny home features a lofted bedroom accessed with a pull out ladder, fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace with desk, bathroom with washer/dryer, and living room with couch. The property is within walking distance to downtown (shopping, restaurants, coffee shops) and a mile from University of Central Arkansas, Central Baptist College, Hendrix College, and Conway Regional Medical Center.

Kick back and relax in this stylish space with city views and a backyard country feel. This new construction has lots of little extras like the towel warmer and soaking tub in the Master bath. Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance & outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit. Front porch has a swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets and no larger than 50 pounds. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.
