El departamento se encuentra remodelado a estrenar con detalles de muy buen gusto en su decoración y un moderno equipamiento. Se encuentra a metros de la Avda. El aire acondicionado es frio/calor y el cuarto ademas, tiene un ventilador de techo para los que no toleran el aire frio directo. El agua caliente proviene de la caldera central del edificio por lo que facilita prolongados y agradables baños. Bajo la mesada de la cocina hay un moderno lavarropas. Todas las puertas tienen cerradura con llave y el cuarto puede cerrarse desde su pasillo de acceso, quedando de esa manera en "suite privada " con el baño.
