It has been designed with comfort and functionality in mind and all your essential needs. The tiny house is located in a peaceful setting, surrounded by nature, yet close to all the amenities you may need. We are located 5 min drive from the airport, a short walk to Kye Bay beach & 45 min drive to Mt Washington.

Our peaceful country escape is ready! Modern 1 bedroom cottage perfectly positioned to enjoy the view over the farm. Huge deck space, both covered and open, with bbq, propane firepit and 1 of the best spots to enjoy the serenity! Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

Tiny House overlooking lake & farm! Your own enclosed yard for your pup, a 18 hole disc golf course AND we AN AMAZING BUBBLE SAUNA overlooking our wetland on the way to the lake & cold plunges. Ski it, bike it or beach it across the valley and come home for a swim in our private lake and a sunset sweat in our barrel sauna. Please note: Full washroom is in adjacent building under the ‘red light’. We have an EV charger. 15 min from Courtenay, 25 from Cumberland and 35 min from the mountain.

Located in the country 5 minutes from the ocean, 15 minutes from downtown Courtenay, 20 minutes from Mt. Washington and 5 minutes from Seal Bay Park.

We are a 5 minute walk to a sunny, quiet, serene stretch of beach along the Comox peninsula, and very close to Kai Bay and other secret spots. We are a short half hour drive to Strathcona Park and Mt Washington, featuring breathtaking hikes complete with alpine lakes and crystalline rivers.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. This is a great kickoff spot for those looking to explore central, west, and north Vancouver Island. We are a few minutes walk to Sunny Beach Road, a favourite beach spot amongst locals. A cafe, pub, ice cream shop, and many nature trails are all just a short walk away. The cottage is equipped with a queen size bed. A fold out cot is available for a 3rd guest.
