Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

This room-only offer is located on the ground floor with its own entrance and en-suite. It comes with WiFi and parking just outside the room, and is situated in the heart of Altrincham, close to all the amenities. The tram, train, and bus stations are only a 7-minute walk away, making it easy to commute to Manchester Airport and the city centre. Generous discounts are available for stays of 3+ days. An EV charging point is available on-site for a token fee, but it must be booked in advance.

Fieldview Cottage is a charming 100 year old cottage in Comberbach village, a lovely semi-rural location surrounded by countryside and yet well connected, 4 miles from junction 10 on the M56, 35 mins to Chester and 30 mins to Manchester airport. The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.

Spacious Garden Studio in Stunning Lymm village

This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

Magnolia Cottage

Magnolia Cottage is a ground floor self catering, self contained annex to our home. It is a one bedroomed property located in Acton Bridge, a small, picturesque village on the south side of the River Weaver in Cheshire. The property sleeps two people, however a travel cot can be provided if requested when booking. A portable high chair is also available. There is an enclosed patio area at the front of the cottage with outdoor dining. One dog is welcome at the property.

The Barn at Pear Tree Farm is an excellent location for a quiet and relaxing time that is just over a mile from the motorway (M56) and yet in the middle of nowhere. There is a quality golf course just across the road, lovely open countryside for walks, cycle riding and great food from pub grub to fine dining nearby. Free parking in front of the property. This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
