The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Why stay in a hotel when you can have all the comforts of home plus a river view. ACCESS THE COMAL RIVER DIRECTLY FROM THE PROPERTY 550 square feet. Balcony has a river view. You will be on the 3rd floor with elevator access. You will have access to the pool, hot tub, picnic tables and bbq pits. There is an on site washer and dryer available for a fee. Common space has a couch bed and bunk beds, the bedroom has a king size bed.
