It's 5 miles to Flagstaff and NAU, and 8 miles from historic downtown, and 23 miles from Snowbowl ski area.

The property boarders the Coconino County National forest. It is an excellent retreat from the heat in the summer and snow play in the winter. Enjoy historic downtown flagstaff and home of NAU just 9 miles away. The drive to the grand Canyon is just 90 minutes away. perfect get away for summer, or winter.
