This has been exclusively my home for the past 7 years. It still is my home but I recently remolded a private wing for guests and after being in hibernation for a few years, it is back on the market for visitors with a private entrance & completely private quarters. This unit is by far the nicest in the building, one of the nicest in all of Denver. The skyscraper views overlooking Rocky Mountain National Park, the 16 head steam shower, the smart toilet combine to give you Unmatched luxury.

This is my condo in historic Capitol Hill. I travel for work, so I’m out of town if you’re renting my place. It's a stylishly decorated 2 bedroom apartment, and is a very short walk to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and fun nightlife. 4 blocks from the Colorado state capitol, the Denver Civic Center, and the Denver Art Museum.
