It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

Our property boasts several Grand Oaks and is frequented by wildlife, as well as our two friendly golden retrievers. Our dock has a lounge area and can be used to tie up your boat. The river allows easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and the ICW, and fishing locally is terrific year round.

This listing is for the detached guesthouse only, the main house is a separate rental. 3/26: There is some land clearing going behind the property. Although visible from the back yard, no guests have said it affected their stay.
