Our house is located on the southern end of Hilton Head Island in the North Forest Beach neighborhood. The house is an easy 5 minute walk to Hilton Head's beautiful beach. Heron St offers its own private beach walk. It’s also a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza, offering local shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. The house features a delightful outdoor shower, 2 bicycles and a shed loaded with 2 beach chairs, boogie boards, a frisbee and a surf fishing pole and tackle. STR Permit# 073978

Townhouse is 1400 square feet, 2 bedrooms with balcony and 2 1/2 baths. The master bedroom has a King bed, a twin, and bath has a jacuzzi tub. Guest room has a king bed. Living room has a pullout couch. Large living area with many windows, a patio, electric grill, dining area, washer & dryer and a half bathroom. Also, a Pack n Play, highchair and baby gates. There are 3 pools one with a lagoon sitting area and tennis court. There are beach chairs, wagon, umbrella and toys for the kids.
