Centrally located just a short drive from the highway, shops, restaurants, university, hospital, sports fields, beaches, national parks, the Coffs CBD and 25mins to the funky town of Bellingen. Complete with its own entry, courtyard, 3way bathroom, plus kitchen area (containing the essentials - kettle, microwave, toaster & coffee maker).

Our family home is empty and we would love to share the rooms with guests.Our home is only 4 kms away from the international stadium if you are coming for a sporting event. We have a queen with airconditioning and a twin room with 1 king single and 1 single available. There is a guest bathroom with separate toilet. We also have a EV power point for you to plug in if you have an electric car.This is a great stopover for (URL HIDDEN) note there is NO sitting room and NO cooking facilities

Conveniently located just; 20 minutes to Bellingen. 15 minutes to Coffs Harbour airport. 10 minutes to Sawtell. 5 minutes to Bonville international golf course. You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!
