The Roost is a custom build with quality craftmanship. It's set among old growth cottonwood trees in a relaxed older neighborhood that feels like the country. You'll have the entire guesthouse to yourself, May- Oct. there is a small patio to bbq and a yard with fire table and 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the many birds and deer in the summer. Downstairs is a queen bed/bath with a trundle in the loft. Fully equipped kitchen with small stainless gas range, apartment sized fridge and dishwasher.

If you go north on 12th street you have public river access and a sweet walking trail! Please note, you do have to access the bathroom through the bedrooms and the second bedroom can be accessed from the deck or through the first bedroom!
