Relax in our beautiful former coach house, stylishly renovated and conveniently located for a peaceful stay in the heart of the Somerset Levels. The Coach House boasts a brand-new kitchen with Nespresso machine, living area, bedroom with luxury king bed, and ensuite with roll-top bath and separate shower. Upstairs is a twin bedroom and shower room. Providing easy access to explore all Somerset has to offer, found in the centre of the village and just a stones-throw from two country pubs and shop

Wren's Nest, studio in wildlife friendly garden

Located in a small hamlet, close to Cheddar, Wren's Nest was designed by an artist as a rural retreat in a tranquil location. The accommodation has a light, airy feel and has been thoughtfully created in a contemporary style with quirky, personal touches. It is located at the end of our wildlife friendly garden. There is a designated area with table and chairs in front of the studio. A pizza oven is available to use on request. Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement with the owner.

Ian's Cottage has been lovingly renovated and converted from a small barn into a beautiful little holiday cottage set in its own garden with breathtaking views across the fields to the Mendip Hills - not a road in sight! Although it is small we believe it has all the comforts that are essential for a relaxing break. As we’re in a lovely countryside setting, you may spot some of our little neighbours such as spiders, ladybirds, or other harmless insects who also enjoy the peace and quiet here.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Wassail Barn is a 2 bedroom converted barn, situated approx. 1 mile from Wedmore. The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms, a shower room, lounge/diner and kitchen. The property is well situated for visiting a number of local towns and villages. Cheddar is 5 minutes away by car, Wells and Glastonbury 20 minutes and Bath and Bristol approximately an hour. The accommodation is also only 10 miles from Weston-super-Mare, Brean and Burnham on Sea beaches. Friendly, well behaved dogs are welcome.

This is a great place for bird watchers and wildlife lovers, with excellent opportunities for walking and cycling right from the front door!

‘Under Walnut’ is a fully up-cycled cosy caravan for 2 adults and a child You have an outside kitchen, a decking area to sit in the sun Enjoy our quirky outside bathroom and take a shower with a view and enjoy the fire pit. We keep bees and chickens . You will have a private and peaceful meadow. 1 mile from the beautiful village of Wedmore. There are pubs, cafes and village shops. It is a short walk across fields from the caravan. Bikes welcome, cycling across the levels is great

Doris our shepherds hut

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.

Also moments away from three great pubs and several charming cafes and eateries. Wedmore is a stunning central location from which to explore all of Somerset.

Rookham View Lodge is located on a smallholding on top of the Mendips overlooking Wells. Relax on the patio, catch a view of the Red Kite soaring high, or visit the sheep, ponies, goats, ducks and chickens in the surrounding field. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.
