This 101 square meters special place with a balcony of 8 is right next to BT Arena. It is also close to Iuliu Hatieganu Sports Park, the Central Park, the boardwalk along the Somes river, the beach in Grigorescu and Rozelor Park; and close to the city center. It has also a purification filter with chiller at the kitchen sink for fresh drinking water. On top of that, there is one free private parking spot on premises with controlled access. On request, we provide a second private parking spot.

Place located at lower ground floor on Bisericii Ortodoxe street, 400 meters from Unirii Square so very close to all main points of interest. Apartment is small, , but well equipped and we hope that you like the result. And for the coffee lovers we managed to do little something, perfect to start your day in the right note.
