Fully self contained gypsy wagon located close to beach of Porpoise Bay. No ocean views but beach is 2min walk. Super king size luxury bed. Very tidy inside. Cooking facilities. Log burner with wood supplied. Outdoor BBQ. Linen/towels included. This accommodation is located on our property beside our house. The toilet/shower room (converted water tank) is located 9 meters away from the gypsy, a short walk across the grass lawn. Our gypsy wagon can sleep 2 adults plus one small child in one bed

Sit out on one of the two decks and enjoy a glass of wine taking in the stunning view down the Catlins estuary and out to Owaka heads. This peaceful, hill top, studio room is just a 10 minute amble to the town’s parks, gardens, cafes, shops and restaurants. Wifi, TV, microwave and small refrigerator, kettle and toaster with basic kitchen cutlery and crockery, teas and coffees supplied. Brand new bathroom. Private entry and driveway with undercover parking. The decor is eclectic and there are two outdoor seating options. The garden is shared. Guest access by key lock. Check in from 3pm and check out by noon.

Sea View Apartment 1 (Seascape)

Our Self-Contained Apartment is fitted with modern furnishings, free WiFi and views across the ocean to the Nugget Point Lighthouse from the sliding doors. There is a private deck with a table and seating. The living area has a sofa, dining table and chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV. It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.

The Catlins Sanctuary is a private and cosy 2 bedroom house. It is modest but comfortable. The property has magnificent lake & estuary views, where wildlife abounds. With 360' views of the lake, estuary & bush, this little piece of paradise is perfect for indoor/ outdoor living all year round. Located off the Southern scenic route 1.5 hours south of Dunedin, this is an excellent base from which to explore the natural wonderland of the Catlins.

Come and experience country living in this lovely 2 bedroom cottage on the edge of the Gore Township. Pets okay but MUST be keep outside. NO pets inside. Got no problem with people using electric cars but being sneaky and plugging in after dark will earn you a bad review and comments. Just be honest and talk with us.

We are 3 kms off State Highway 1 and 23 kms from Gore and Tapanui. Ideal base for visits to Central Otago, Catlins and Southland areas.
