Spectacular views of Lake Champlain and Green Mountains! A short drive from Whiteface, Burlington and Montreal. The property has its own shoreline and dock. We can accommodate 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an enclosed porch. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is also one large bedroom with 1 twin and 1 double. Pets welcome. You will also have use of the neighborhood's private beach a short walk down the street. 5 night minimum (summer 2026). Ask about shorter stays.

Located in a quiet park that's only steps from the water where you'll find a rocky beach, beautiful clean water for swimming or a dock to fish off of. We have a grill, outdoor table and a gorgeous fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment!
