This central and charming flat, air-conditioned 80 square meters, is located in a stone front building with lift, in one of the most exquisite and lively streets of Porto historical center, near bars, clubs, restaurants, shops, near metro, train station and bus lines stops. Cosy and new apartment with very good areas with dining room, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms mezzanine with two single beds and bathroom and a sofa bed for two in the second room. Furnished and equipped just in front of Clérigos Tower, the heart of the city. Is about 100 m to Lello´s bookstore and 500 m to S. Bento railway station. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift.
