Aquest fantàstic apartament de vacances de dues habitacions es troba a només 100 metres de la verge platja de Sawtell i a 250 metres a peu del modern carrer principal. El restaurant Paradiso (gran ambient i menjar increïble), Summis per al cafè del matí, reunions per esmorzar , bar d'hamburgueses, cuina índia, cuina xinesa I el Pacific Hotel es troben a l'exterior de la part davantera de la propietat.
