Nice two room flat in an individual house basement opened on the garden. In a dead-end street really quiet. You have an independant entrance, the bedroom with a place to work, table and chair, wardrobe with coat-hangers, a big miror, the kitchen with a dining area and all you need to cook, the bathroom with toilets and a big shower. 5min from RER B Laplace or Gentilly stations. RER B brings you straight to Notre-Dame (15min) or center of Paris (20min), to airports CDG (50min) or Orly (25min)
