The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place. A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located in the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security and a private entrance with stairs that lead to the guest suite with a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if we are home.

Come enjoy our beautiful private resort nestled next to our vineyard with breathtaking views of the sunset, sipping a glass of wine while taking a soak in the hot tub, or going full on Norwegian in the outdoor cedar sauna and plunge into the pool. This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet.
