Plenty food trucks + restaurants! Drive Rt 149 for mountain views, trails, caves (Cavernas Las Cabichuelas, CaveLand 2.0mi). Toro Negro National Park Rainforest, waterfalls. Mar Chiquita/Vega Baja beaches (20-25min) drive.

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The room is located bottom level of the building with spectacular views of the river and mountains. Quiet area with just the sounds of nature. The rooms are new and we are still working on the other rooms but no construction at this time. Food is in the area, with the Tres Picacho coffee plantation where you can have breakfast and stroll the grounds. Visit the only Hotair balloon on the island and many historic areas.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will have nature at your feet. Just outside your door is a spectacular view of the river and of Los Tres Picacho, 3 mountains that are a climbing challenge. Keep your eyes out for our resident neighbors, iguanas, birds, Wilbur the horse, Michael Angelo the turtle, and daffy the duck. At night the sound of the rushing water and the coqui will put you to sleep. Many great local restaurants that are open on the weekends.

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. If you love nature and love the sound of water falls, you will love the property. The area is quite, private, and just outside the door is the view of the mountains and the river. You will see avocado trees, banana trees and coconut trees. You may even encounter our resident iguanas, ducks, turtles, and herons.

Here you will be staying at the boarder of pueblos Ciales & Manati. With beautiful views as you drive down Ruta Cafe con Rum toward the Pueblo, you will find many options of excellent restaurants such as Don Carlos. At my peaceful place, you will get a taste of what island life in the mountains is like, with cooler evenings and mornings.
