One small balcony (lounge) gives you a view of the Tram trundling up the street with the river Tejo in the distance; You can also enjoy the private Patio on the back of the house connected to the kitchen and both bedrooms, chill out in a calm and comfort apartment in the heart of Alfama. It is full of history and represents the heart of traditional life. The streets are home to historical buildings, traditional cafes, and restaurants. Just outside the house you have the famous Tram 28, if you are quick enough you can spot it from the window and run to catch it!

Patio São Vicente is a collection of restored cottages surrounding a peaceful courtyard, hidden away in the historical center. The cottages have been restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects.
