The apartment is in a typical Lisbon historic building recently renovated. It has everything you need to have a wonderful experience. The beautiful inner courtyard, which is in essence a small garden, is the ideal place to have breakfast before setting out to discover the city, or to relax after having toured all its corners! The Martim Vaz Exclusive Apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a refined classic style decoration offering you privacy, comfort and an extremely elegant atmosphere. It accommodates up to 4 people, with a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. It has a dining area and a modern kitchen with all the equipment (appliances and small utensils) you may need to prepare your meals and feel truly at home. Living room with television with 145 channels available. Wi-fi is available throughout the apartment and inner courtyard. Modern and comfortable bathroom with 100% Egyptian cotton towels (the best cotton, making them soft and comfortable) and professional hair dryer. Bed linen also 100% cotton of high quality, so that your nights are as comfortable as possible. During the summer the apartment is quite cool and pleasant, while for your winter stay, it is equipped with central heating in all the rooms. Located in a typical Lisbon street with a pleasant neighbourhood and no traffic with several restaurants, supermarkets and other shops in the immediate vicinity. You will be staying in an exclusive, comfortable and welcoming environment, to make your stay truly memorable. Highlight also for the independent entrance at the ground floor level. Located on a quiet street without traffic and a very pleasant neighbourhood, with several nearby restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The Castle of São Jorge and other famous tourist attractions are right next door, all easily accessible by foot. The Humberto Delgado International Airport in Lisbon is just 20 minutes away by car or by underground (30 minutes). At the Rossio Train Station (just a 5-minute walk) you can quickly travel to Sintra, considered "one of the best day trips from Lisbon". If possible, check-in and check-out times are flexible. For your convenience we also have iron and ironing board available. In the kitchen you will find: • stove and oven; • microwave; • refrigerator; • coffee machine; • toaster; • electric kettle; • laundry machine; • dishwasher.
