Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.

This lovely, self-contained townhouse is on the Esplanade in the popular beachside suburb of Sumner, Christchurch. You can stroll across the road to the beach, swimming and surfing depending on the weather. Or walk along the Esplanade to a variety of eateries, new library and supermarket The Port Hills are at your doorstep while the views are spectacular with a commanding view of the ocean from the main bedroom and balcony and you'll wake up to the sound of the surf!
